School Registration

🎓 This form allows you to apply for MilanMUN 2026. Applications are open until 31 October 2025.

📌 The conference will take place at Civico Polo Scolastico Manzoni and Bocconi University Campus (Milan, Italy), 19-22 March 2026. 

💵 Fees: 100€ per person (delegates and advisors; student officers don't pay any fees). Fees cover: 2 lunches (Friday, Saturday), 2 coffee breaks (Friday, Sunday morning), 1 social event with finger food (Saturday evening), conference gear and walking tours (subject to availability, must be booked in advance following instructions that will be given out later). Fees are due by 21 January 2026.

Application process: After submitting this form, the MilanMUN Team will let you know (mid November) whether your school has been accepted or you have been put in our waiting list.  You will then receive a form to allocate your delegates. Once you do so, your registration will be final and the Team will send you an invoice. Fees are due by 21 January 2026.

⚠️ We do not accept applications from individual students. Please do not use this form if you want to apply as a delegate; ask your MUN teacher instead.

⚠️ Filling out this form doesn't guarantee your students a spot at the conference. The MilanMUN team will reach out to you and let you know whether we have a slot for your school and how big that will be.

📝 To continue, you will need:

● email address of any additional MUN advisor participating,

● full name of your institution and VAT or any other reference number you need to appear on the final invoice (please check with your finance department in advance),

● approximate number of delegates you intend to bring to the conference.
